Siemens eMobility is a dedicated electric vehicle charging business within Siemens Smart Infrastructure, supplying IoT-enabled hardware, software, and services for AC and DC charging across the full power range from 11 kW to 1 megawatt. With production and R&D sites in Germany, Portugal, the United States, India, and the Netherlands, the business serves charge point operators, fleet and depot operators, energy companies, and automotive OEMs across Europe, North America, and beyond. In North America the business operates under the Heliox brand, following Siemens’ acquisition of the Dutch eBus and eTruck fast charging specialist.

Siemens eMobility’s product portfolio spans two primary application areas: depot charging for electric buses and trucks, and public en-route charging for passenger EVs and commercial vehicles. Its SICHARGE product family includes the SICHARGE D – a high-power DC fast charger with up to 400 kW continuous output – and the newly launched SICHARGE FLEX, a next-generation distributed charging system delivering up to 1,500 A of charging current from a central power cabinet that can dynamically supply up to six dispensers across a range of 60 to 540 kW. For fleet and depot operators the DepotFinity software platform provides end-to-end planning, deployment, grid optimisation, and financial analysis for eDepot transitions.

Beyond hardware, Siemens eMobility provides a comprehensive service portfolio covering commissioning, remote monitoring, preventive maintenance, spare parts, upgrades, and long-term service agreements – supported by 24/7 expert availability and a customer portal for real-time operational transparency.
