PVA will exhibit at The Battery Show Europe 2026 in Stuttgart from June 9 to 11, co-exhibiting with adhesives and coatings manufacturer Dymax. The Halfmoon, NY-based company will demonstrate how automated dispensing and coating equipment and materials work together to address production challenges in battery manufacturing and EV energy storage systems.

Battery manufacturing applications for the Delta 6 platform

PVA says its Delta 6 system, configured with FC100-MC and FCS300-ES coating valves and the PathMaster X software platform, will be central to the stand demonstration. The setup is planned to cover conformal coating, encapsulation, staking, and masking applications using Dymax materials. Dymax’s adhesives and coatings are used in the protection and assembly of electric vehicle batteries across automotive applications. Rather than presenting isolated capabilities, PVA intends to walk through how these processes connect on the production floor, from protecting sensitive components to managing material placement and coverage.

PVA has worked in dispensing and coating automation for more than 30 years. The company says that as EV and energy storage designs evolve, requirements around precision, repeatability, and long-term durability continue to tighten. Cell-level bonding, thermal interface material dispensing, and final assembly protection are among the battery manufacturing applications it focuses on.

Automated dispensing and coating for EV and energy storage production

The co-exhibit with Dymax centres on the case for integrated equipment-and-materials solutions in battery manufacturing automation. PVA’s stated approach is to give manufacturers adaptable control across processes including thermal management and final assembly protection, without adding unnecessary complexity to the production line.
