High voltage EV connectors take centre stage as TTI Europe debuts at iVT Expo 2026

TTI IP&E – Europe will exhibit for the first time at iVT Expo 2026, showcasing high-voltage EV connectors, low-voltage interconnect and advanced driver assistance component solutions for industrial and off-highway vehicle manufacturers. The Maisach-Gernlinden based specialty distributor takes Stand 2280 in Hall 1 at Köln Messe in Cologne on 10 and 11 June, bringing connector, relay, passive and sensor suppliers to a venue increasingly focused on electrification and smarter vehicle architectures.
High-voltage EV connectors and harness solutions on Stand 2280
The line-up on Stand 2280 reflects the high-voltage architecture now common in electrified off-highway machinery. Connector partners TE Connectivity, Amphenol, Aptiv and Molex will join TTI Europe, alongside relay supplier Sensata and passive component specialists Murata, Schurter and YAGEO. Amphenol also appears as a sensor partner, rounding out a portfolio that spans EV powertrain, battery and advanced driver assistance subsystems.
A central element of the display comes from Raffenday, a TTI Family of Specialists company. Raffenday will present its low-voltage and high-voltage cable assemblies and wiring harnesses, with capabilities running from prototype design through to volume production.
TTI Europe targets EV powertrain components and ADAS specifiers
TTI Europe states on its Transportation portfolio page that its high-voltage connector range, drawn from Aptiv, Amphenol, Kostal and TE Connectivity, safely conducts high currents and voltages from the battery through the inverter to the electric motor. The connectors feature integrated High Voltage Interlock Loop function and EMI shielding, with assembly simplified by lever-assist mating for low insertion force.
According to Dermot Byrne, Industry Marketing Director – Transportation at TTI IP&E – Europe, the iVT Expo audience is a direct fit for that portfolio.
“iVT Expo provides an excellent opportunity for manufacturers in the industrial and heavy vehicle space to engage directly with us,” Byrne said. He added that TTI Europe wants to demonstrate how its portfolio can support customers addressing “the growing complexity of electrification, data connectivity and advanced vehicle systems.”
What to expect from TTI Europe at the Cologne Show
For engineers visiting Stand 2280, the offer centres on component selection, supply continuity and harness engineering support, with specialists from each supplier on hand. The combination of in-stock interconnect and Raffenday’s value-added assembly work serves off-highway OEMs sourcing certified high-voltage cable assemblies through distribution rather than building them in-house.
TTI Europe will use the two-day event to deepen relationships with industrial vehicle OEMs and tier-one integrators as the sector continues its shift toward electrified powertrains and connected vehicle systems.
