RAMPF Group will showcase battery pack sealing systems, potting compounds, and automated dispensing technology at Battery Show Europe in Stuttgart from 9 to 11 June 2026. The international supplier occupies Hall 3, Booth D30, presenting reactive resin systems and mixing equipment built around battery cell housings, modules, covers, and high-voltage electromobility components. Minimal cycle times and consistently high component quality anchor the booth message.
Battery pack sealing systems target high-voltage reliability
RAMPF Advanced Polymers will headline the booth with RAKU PUR 32-3250-60, a two-component polyurethane sealing system designed for demanding applications in the automotive and electronics industries. The material delivers permanently reliable sealing and effective moisture protection for cell housings, modules, and covers. Stable performance under thermal, mechanical, and climatic stress secures functional safety in high-voltage components. The system also offers extreme water tightness, minimal water absorption, excellent aging resistance, and a high compression set, with an optional V-0 flame-retardant grade.
Two further polyurethane systems, RAKU PUR 21-1228 and RAKU PUR 21-1229, address sensor and antenna potting. Both are permanently flexible and soft, protecting components against mechanical stress under extreme temperature fluctuations. Their low dielectric constant supports interference-free signal transmission, which matters for keyless-go systems, smart opener systems, LiDAR, radar, and capacitive sensor systems.
Automated dispensing technology streamlines battery cell assembly
RAMPF Production Systems contributes the equipment side, covering single- and multi-component reactive polymer dispensing across the entire value chain. Configurations range from manual systems to fully automated production lines. Modular designs integrate robotics, component handling, material and thermal conditioning, and optical quality inspection, which together stabilise output and reduce scrap rates in battery manufacturing.
Digital process simulation, 3D system planning, and predictive maintenance also feature in the portfolio. These tools lift efficiency and system availability across the production cell.
Battery pack sealing systems pair with bonding and thermal management
Beyond sealing and potting, RAMPF will also present adhesive systems based on polyurethane, epoxy, and silane-modified polymers. These adhesives combine sealing, thermal management, and structural strength in a single system. Gap fillers for efficient heat dissipation and high mechanical stability also feature in the lineup, delivered via process-reliable application.
Visitors to Battery Show Europe can expect integrated material-and-equipment packages on display. RAMPF positions its booth around process-reliable, application-specific automation concepts, with the new RAKU PUR sealing and potting grades anchoring the product offering at the Stuttgart show.
